Accessibility for people with disabilities
For students, ENAC has put in place a support strategy for students with disabilities: Individual support for people with disabilities.
Improving access for all to the school's buildings and facilities.
Training and raising awareness of disability issues.
The ENAC strategy includes :
- Recruitment of disabled workers.
- Training for disabled people to enable them to develop professionally.
- Actions to maintain employment, which take the form of job studies and work adjustments or specific equipment.
- Actions to raise awareness on campus among students and employees: organisation of sports and disability days. The idea was to offer everyone the chance to practise a disabled sport.
- Training initiatives for all staff, with the aim of making them more welcoming and more aware of disability issues.
- Recruitment of civil servant students who are recognised as disabled workers.
- A policy of purchasing from the sheltered sector, with in particular a contract for the maintenance of green spaces signed with an ESAT.
- A reinforced policy of making all premises accessible.
